May 1, 2009 - BEVCOMM acquires Delavan Telephone Company

It is announced that BEVCOMM, headquartered in Blue Earth, MN and Delavan Telephone Company, headquartered in Delavan, MN have entered into a definitive agreement under which BEVCOMM will acquire ownership of Delavan Telephone Company. The transfer of ownership is dependent on FCC and state approval which should be completed in the fourth quarter of 2009.

Both Delavan Telephone Company and BEVCOMM are family-owned businesses; their combination will provide a further opportunity to invest in the next generation of technology while continuing to provide hometown customer service.
